Catalina Support

If you find you haven't received a catalina that was supposed to print, you can call Catalina Marketing at 1-888-8coupon and they will mail them to you.

Here is what do to if you don't get a catalina you're supposed to receive:

First, have your receipt handy and either call 1-888-8coupon or you can email "coupon@catalinamarketing.com".
You'll need to provide the following information that can be found on your receipt (both over the phone or in the email):

• store phone number
• date of your trip
• time of your trip
• transaction number
  
• Lane number
  
• the catalina coupon you expected to receive
• your name, mailing address, and phone number

It is very quick and easy; most times, MUCH easier than dealing with the store customer service because they don't own the catalina machines and often times aren't even aware of what catalinas are printing!
